My color of the day is black.Black is not always grim and dark. It may be a friend in strife,a difficult reprieve.
Even the darkest of nights are adorned with shining stars and silvery pale moonlight.
I have attempted to put my thoughts in the Tanka
dark brooding shadow
lengthens under aura of
burnished golden rays -
etched avatar dwarfs my soul
shouting aloud what I hid
