Solace
I stood alone on the rocky cliff and looked down on the valley below. It stretched all around the horizon lush green and teeming with majestic trees that grew tall and proud. An infinite silence was only broken by air whistling by and soft rustle of leaves. I was one with Nature, a tiny speck in the verdant microcosm.
Nature gives solace,
Only healing all wounds deep,
If left unsullied.
Beautiful haibun. Nature definitely gives us immense solace ♥️
