A dark night

A night dark and deep,

Haunted by melancholic depths,

Lone stood a tree,

Its barren branches,

Standing proud.

For the crescent moon,

Arched amidst the arid branches,

Anointed them with a mystical hue.

Embellished and adorned,

The silvery beacon,

It showed many lost souls,

A weary way to redemption.

Darkness shows you the way.

Just look for it!
