Stranger!
Who are you?
I don’t know you at all.
All these years,
I lived deluded.
A mirage I envisaged,
Lush green and crystal blue.
But sandstorms and stormy blizzards,
Blew away those grainy sands of my fancy,
Leaving behind a barren trail.
Nothing out of nothing!
It blew away those false charades,
A facade of stark reality shone.
I see what was unseen.
As I trudge into the sinking sands,
I know I walk alone.
Looking in disdain at the stranger,
It means no more!
Wow….this was nice!!
